Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation call from our customer service team at +971 50 436 9499 or an email from info@alsaavi.com.
Once an order has been confirmed for processing, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you request a cancellation before processing, a credit note will be issued that can be used for your next purchase.
Offline orders or accepted quotations confirmed with an official Purchase Order cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
We follow a NO RETURN POLICY, except in cases where a product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon delivery.
Due to the nature of fire and safety equipment, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Smoke alarms
Emergency lighting systems
Fire-resistant clothing
Safety tools & accessories
Other safety equipment
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@alsaavi.com.
Please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the defect/damage
After inspection and approval, a credit note will be issued for your next purchase.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and labels.
Refunds for approved cancellations or defective product returns will be processed within 5–6 working days to your original payment method or bank account.
Shipping fees for defective product returns will be covered by alsaavifiresolutions.com.
